The MCRCB Stewards have considered the incident between James Haydon and Dean Thomas at Snetterton on 18.06.2006 following referral by the Race Director.

The Stewards are satisfied that this, or any similar incident should be the subject of such an enquiry.

Having viewed the video of the incident and heard the explanation of the rider and team manager, the Stewards are satisfied that no contravention of the MCRCB Judicial Procedures B1.6, B1.7, B1.9 or B1.12 has occured.
